Evenflow Solutions has a client in Dallas that is looking for several Medical Collectors to join their team.

About the position:

• Contract to hire position
• Onsite position in Dallas Texas
• Great Bonus incentives once you go perm with the company
• Rotating Shifts weekly : Monday through Friday-NO WEEKENDS 8:00-5:00 pm, 9:00 am-8:00 pm or 11:00-8:00 pm

Qualifications

• No collections experience required. Manager is willing to train.
• Must have at least 2 years of Customer service or call center experience.
• Attendance and Punctuality are crucial
• Must be able to retain and learn a large amount of information in order to be successful in position

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with outstanding Medical Bills in order to collect payments or place on a payment plan
• Meet productivity standards on productivity
• Both incoming and outgoing automated call
• Thoroughly work all accounts in daily worklist
• Complete meaningful, results oriented collection activities on all accounts in assigned inventory
• Follow all HIPPA Guidelines

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour
