Medical Receptionist/Patient Support Specialist

At CHCBH, our Medical Receptionist/Patient Support Specialists are an important member of our service delivery team, providing excellent customer service by greeting patients promptly and personally. Our receptionists greet and register patients in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner. They provide walk-in patients with various solutions, respond to routine requests for information and assist patients so that all can be seen within targeted time and schedule. Our receptionists also schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and help complete and renew registration paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual helpful
• High School diploma/GED
• One year customer experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Medical terminology or experience helpful
