Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Pay rate: $18-$20 per hour.
Duration: 6 months
Job location: Cerritos, CA 90703
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
Start Date: ASAP

Needed qualities: Professional, efficient, hardworking, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones from automated call distribution system
• Accept, triage, and process referred cases from clients via phone, email and/or faxes received.
• Schedule claimant initial appointments including follow-up, and rescheduled appointments, and utilize map applications to ensure scheduling per contract and company guidelines.
• Enter appointment information, notes, and appropriate CPT codes into case management systems.
• Ensure all examinees and providers receive necessary documentation.
• Confirm all consultative reports and diagnostic test results are received and uploaded in the case management system in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed contract timeliness guidelines in both scheduling and case management systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.

• Medical Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
