Fast paced Outpatient Health Center in Adrian, Michigan is seeking an experienced, friendly Part Time Medical Receptionist with top notch customer service skills who will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reviewing new patient registration, entering patient information into the electronic record system, requesting and collecting co-pays/outstanding balances at the time of check-in/check-out. The receptionist is also responsible for taking accurate messages and routing correspondence efficiently. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.

$300 Sign-On Bonus

Monday – Friday, No weekends

Must be available to work day and occasional early evening hours.

Qualifications Include:

• Medical Reception experience in a health care environment
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Experience with Electronic Health Records
• Experience with Insurance verifications
• Excellent Computer and phone skills
• Bi-lingual a plus
