Reporting to the Patient Care Coordinator Manager, the Marek Health Medical Sales Associate is responsible for providing patients with a dedicated point of contact to receive personalized healthcare products and services of the highest quality. This role shares qualities such as a consultative sales representative, account manager, and strategic health advisor. The role is performance based, and success relies upon repeated execution of consultative sales and customer satisfaction. Many of our employees have diverse backgrounds including account management, medical professionals, fitness and wellness managers, and others.

Required Skills to Apply

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Sales, Health, Wellness, Fitness, or Communications
  • Ability to build relationships with patients to help them make informed decisions regarding hormone replacement therapy
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal) to interact with a diverse customer base
  • Detailed knowledge and interest of pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, hormone, and other therapies
  • Remains updated on new products and regulatory changes in the industry
  • Aptitude for online research; ability to search, locate, and identify key information
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing & challenging environment
  • Must be someone who takes the initiative, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Candidates are expected to have an exemplary work ethic, and be well-presented in a physical and virtual work environment

Position Responsibilities

  • Actively prospects for new business via social media, referrals, events, or through creative means
  • Works directly with prescribing physicians to identify treatment plan for patients
  • Oversees and counsels’ patients on the execution of their treatment plan
  • Provides superior customer service and maintains relationships with assigned patient accounts
  • Promptly responding to calls, email, and messages from patients and coworkers
  • Monitors account sales metrics across personal book of business
  • Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information
  • Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices; including regulatory requirements
  • Implements planned sales strategies based on analytics & customer requests
  • Implement best practices and new area’s of training
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective teamwork
  • Remains HIPAA compliant and represents the company in a unified fashion

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
