SDCH Home Health & Hospice is seeking a part time Medical Social Worker (16-20 hours/week). This position offers a variety of experiences and a very flexible schedule in a healthcare setting. Candidates must have a current SSW license in Utah or higher. Previous home health & hospice experience is a plus. Join our team and provide care to patients in their homes.
