**What You Will Do in This Position:**


  • Calendar and meeting management for current and upcoming events and initiatives
  • Manage and complete tasks related to the customer journey, fulfillment, and retention
  • Deliver high-level client support through real-time responsiveness and ongoing communication both written and verbal
  • Support ALL Departments with fulfillment, client, and mentor needs
  • Provide ongoing administrative support and communication across all departments
  • Support virtual and live event coordination, preparation, and execution
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives and help the team with any necessary event preparations and support
  • Respond to all communications within the company and from members or potential members

**You Possess These Basic Requirements:**


  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service in a fast-paced and high-level environment
  • Computer literate; Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets) (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in using Social Media as a communication tool
  • Vehicle, valid Driver's License, and ability to travel required
