Adult Clinical Therapist:

Our Michael R. Zent (MRZ) Healthcare Clinic in Phoenix is currently seeking clinicians to provide therapeutic services for adult clients. Duties include:

• Provides clinical oversight, direct therapy, and case-management services including intake and assessment to adult clients and families.
• Conducts intakes and assessments that foster solution/strengths-based orientation, to assist in addressing the client & family’s ongoing needs.
• Uses clinical best practices to engage formal and informal resources for the client including the transition, discharge, and aftercare plans of behavioral-health services, is knowledgeable about various outside resources and demonstrates a positive, strengths-based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.
• Actively collaborates with JFCS behavioral-health and medical staff as needed in meeting the needs of the client.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and records the family vision and goals via the Behavioral Health Service Plan, Safety Plan, and all other related clinical documentation.
• Facilitates Adult Family medical, treatment, and management team meetings.
• Acquaints the agency with community trends, identifies gaps in services, and works with special projects and committees to better meet the clients' needs.
• Maintains respect for the client's unique cultural heritage, and provides services tailored to the family, stability, and timeliness.
• Provides clinical oversight for the coordination of behavioral health services with other agencies, such as Probation/Parole Departments, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, and other providers.
• Completion of clinical screens to evaluate risk levels and medical conditions.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited school in the field of Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Associate (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT) or Independent License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) conferred by the AZBBHE compensated at a higher rate.
• Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint card without restrictions.
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
