• Provide team leadership - manage teams comprised of Market Manager, Lead merchandisers, and merchandisers.
• Oversee up to 30 stores.
• Communicate with Market Managers, Lead Merchandisers and store management to ensure all needed field information is provided in a timely manner.
• Manage Team scheduling and communications for the territory.
• Keep a balanced budget for your territory.
• Execute proper hiring process, including creating a hiring plan, requesting ads, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Able to reevaluate needs and formulate action plans to achieve execution in a constantly changing environment.
• Coordinate product ships with merchandising teams to ensure proper staffing.
• Drive attention to detail and efficiency in your team.
• Take photos and file reports as necessary to document work accomplishments.
• Use supplied technology to record work, read emails, provide the necessary information.
• Provide weekly performance updates to merchant store management and buyers and communicate with vendors and clients as needed.
• Complete weekly display quality checks to ensure proper account strategies are being followed.
• Handle calls from merchant store management and buyers to resolve merchandising opportunities.
• Train and develop Bela Flor team members to ensure the team is following proper program objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Establish personal connections and relationships with Clients' district managers and store managers to execute proper product placement and efficient inventory flow strategies to increase store sell thru and profitability.
• Ability to maintain a positive relationship and open communication with all levels of the client’s management structure.
• Ability to provide key communication with shipping facility.
• Ability to work with higher levels of clients management to solve issues.
• Merchandise products, set modular, and cull deteriorated products alongside team members.

• Daily travel around the territory.
• Managerial, organizational, and communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, a modular set, and inventory control.
• Ability to work outside, rain or shine.
• Plant knowledge.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & vehicle liability insurance in your name.
• Sales experience or employment history with strong customer service.
• Management experience, including hiring, and budget management.
• Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, conference call software, and CRM software.
• Great communication skills.
• Flexible/adaptable schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & push heavy vendor carts.
• Great customer service skills, positive attitude, dependability, and adaptability.

• Ranges from $36,000-$45,000 based on experience and sales volume of area managing.
• Further compensation is available based on area performance.
• Mileage paid at $.40 between stores.
