We are looking for an experienced mixologist to join our fast-paced and growing organization. The candidate should not only be able to create great-tasting cocktails, but also serve customers with diverse interests, answer product questions and develop new drinks. A successful candidate will be a dedicated team player with a strong customer service ethic and an enjoyment of working in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve drinks using recipes and customer preferences.
• Remain aware of patrons' needs, such as food allergies, food preferences, and special drink orders.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling work and managing the bar's supplies.
• Serve food or other beverages to patrons in the bar or restaurant.
• Provide customers with general information about drinks, maintaining menu knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic beverages in different price ranges.
• Explain menu items to customers and make recommendations.
• Answer customers' questions about menu items or specials.
• Monitor patrons to ensure they are served safely.
