No prior modular experience necessary, but any experience in manufacturing or offsite construction is preferred.

The ideal candidate:

- Is passionate about construction, architecture, engineering, and design.

- Understands the construction industry and the process it takes to build a structure from design through completion.

- Enjoys collaborative teamwork and works well with high levels of independence.

- Is motivated to learn all aspects of the industry.

- Has the ability to be a tactful, effective communicator.

- Is extremely well organized.

- Works well under pressure and can lead a team towards project success.

- Is driven by a desire to exceed expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Two years’ experience in project management within the A/E industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in a building field (preferred).

- Minimum of four years’ professional experience.

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.

- Working knowledge of the construction process, including the design phases and industry standard deliverables.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient to advanced skills with the basic Microsoft suite: Microsoft Project Manager experience is a plus.

- Strong document managements skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
