JOB DESCRIPTION

Big League Movers is looking for a collaborative team-player with a growth mindset to join our sales staff. The ability to take initiative and produce results, as well as the ability to suggest and carry out practical actions to address issues is desired.

The Move Coordinator is responsible for speaking with potential customers and tailoring their moving experience to their needs. They display enthusiasm and high character coordination to organize successful relocations. They are dedicated, a quick learner, and adaptable to new ideas and high level training.

Requirements for this position include 1 year experience in inside sales OR 1 year experience in a call center environment. A high school diploma, a driver's license with a clean record, and reliable transportation are also required.

High performers can expect to make up to $60,000 in the first year.

The compensation package for this position exceeds expectations for this industry. On top of a competitive base salary, the Move Coordinator will receive commissions on each move sold, paid out monthly by the end of the following month. These commissions increase each additional year of employment and are only paid out if the employee is in good standing. Compensation will also include tiered monthly performance bonuses, and team bonuses.

Upon completion of a 90 day probationary period, the Move Coordinator will be eligible for company benefits. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, gym membership, and one free local move per year.
