Join our team at Maple Place Apartments in Southfield, Michigan. We have openings for Part-Time and Full Time Leasing Agents. The selected candidate will serve expert and liaison playing a crucial role in the overall operation of our 250 plus unit community featuring garden apartments and new, luxury townhomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing of available apartments online and in the community including designing creative ad campaigns through online posts, social media, and outreach marketing
• Inspecting apartments to ensure resident satisfaction
• Overseeing the management of the leasing process from initial tour to move-in
• Closing sales, completing lease documents, and dealing with any move-in issues
• Supporting occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents
• Maintaining accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors
• Managing resident issues and concerns while building strong customer relationships
• Organizing resident events
• Inspecting the property regularly to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Past leasing experience and knowledge of Yardi is a plus
