Experienced & Reliable Nanny/Family Assistant Needed in Reading, PA!

$30-35/hour & benefits

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Reading, PA (60 miles from Philadelphia)
• Children: 4, 7, & 9 years old
• Schedule (40 hours guaranteed)

The demanded hours per day will vary based on the family's need that day.

—During the school year - Monday to Friday afternoon start time.
—During school breaks and summer - Monday to Friday morning start time.

• Their children all attend the same school. Their 9 year old and 7 year old daughters are 18 months apart and spend a lot of time together! They enjoy roller skating and swimming. The family’s 4 year old son enjoys board games, playdough, drawing and being active.
• Responsibilities include duties pertaining to the children, preparing lunches for the following day, assisting with homework, encouraging social interaction, transporting children from school & activities (the school bus drops them to a nearby location promptly at 3:40pm), assisting children to reach educational and emotional milestones, and family assistant duties while the children are in school, such as grocery shopping, maintaining children’s inventory, preparing dinner for the children and lite cleaning if time permits while the children are in school.
• Their ideal nanny is college educated, responsible, takes their job seriously, and is a true professional!
• Family has a nanny car available for the candidate to transport the children.
• No travel or swimming is required in this role.
• Benefits include PTO, sick time, & a healthcare stipend.

Requirements:

• 5 years professional nanny experience
• Extensive experience with school age children
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Drivers license
• CPR + First Aid certified or willing to be
• Verifiable references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reading, PA 19608: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
