Job Overview:
Linde Services, Inc. is looking for an Asset Integrity Management Account Manager covering the US.
LSI’s industrial services are extensive and offer refineries, chemical plants, pipelines, storage terminals, utilities and steel mills services including cleaning, purging, drying, displacing, cooling, leak testing, pressure testing and inspection of piping, furnaces, vessels, reactors, and tanks.
Job Purpose: Grow sales revenues and profits for leak detection and related services, to gain new strategic opportunities and meet sales targets. Accountable for achieving a revenue quota by seeking out new customers and maintaining productive working relationships with existing internal and external customers.
Scope: This self-motivated with ability to work with others to drive growth initiatives. Accountable for maintaining and expanding business by selling LSI products and service offerings.
Location: The Woodlands, TX (50% Travel)
Position focused on growth of AIMS/Pipeline services, existing and targeted accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a national territory.
- Develop and expand current key account relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
- Develop and maintain detailed individual account plans.
- Negotiate and manage account contracts and pricing agreements.
- Develop and lead long-term strategies to gain developmental accounts.
- Articulating and negotiating this strategy across the business.
- Work closely and collaborate with other intercompany business units to leverage targets.
- Work with and support Account Managers to maximize growth.
- Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications:
- 8 years successful sales track-record.
- Knowledge of the refining, chemical and pipeline industries.
- A seasoned sales professional with high integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, energy, and drive.
