Killshots Cornhole, a rapidly growing and innovative leader in the world of professional and recreational Cornhole and media, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic National Sales Associate to join our team. As a National Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and establish Killshots Cornhole as the premier brand in the Cornhole industry.

Responsibilities:

Support the National Sales Manager in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, targeting both national retailers and regional markets.

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand business and increase brand visibility.

Research and identify potential new markets and sales channels, providing insights to the sales team to help forge partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other strategic partners.

Participate in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure our products and promotional materials effectively convey our brand identity and value proposition.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and closed deals, using CRM systems.

Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed to represent the company and build connections within the industry.

Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge to effectively contribute to the sales team's success.

Requirements:

(Not required, but is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and other events.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
