NetSuite Administrator
The NetSuite Administrator is responsible and accountable for the overall development, delivery, maintenance, continuity, and support of our core implemented NetSuite ERP modules and all supporting integrations. Additionally, the role will be charged with working across business teams to build and maintain connectors with other software such as Salesforce and Tableau.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade NetSuite and other financial systems to meet the daily operational needs and support strategic projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs including reports, saved searches, dashboards, scripts, and workflows.
- Maintain Celigo integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite to support various business needs.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions.
- Assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues including engagement with NetSuite support for defect resolution.
- Provide ongoing NetSuite training for company users.
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
- Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite, Salesforce and other financial systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.
- Coordinate and facilitate change management aspect of new features including code deployment and application trainings to all business users.
- Maintain sufficient business and technical expertise to be comfortable communicating business and technical requirements with a wide audience.
- Support compliance with the company quality standards, FDA regulations and guidance, applicable EU Medical Device directives, applicable ISO standards, and other pertinent country specific medical regulatory requirements.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and other financial tools.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo, and various integration tools.
- Expert level ability to dive into the data, highly proficient with advanced Excel Data manipulation and SQL; JavaScript, HTML, CSS preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations, and permissions.
- Highly motivational: a self-starter, with the ability to motivate and influence others on and off the team, fostering strong relationships cross-functionally.
- Experience building relationships with vendors and managing them throughout projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Travel (Distributed Workforce) – Up to 5% of time may be spent traveling to conferences or meetings, including overnight.
- Physical Demand – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Physical effort required by handling objects of 25 pounds or more occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
