What will you be doing:
The Network Support Representative supports development activities through provider outreach, relationship management and the gathering of provider data necessary for network participation. The Network Support Representative initiates and maintains effective channels of communication with providers, internal customers external customers. Ensures the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements. This role is essential to the success of provider recruitment, contracting and credentialing.
What you need to succeed:
- One (1) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Credentialing/Enrollement and/or Provider Relations.
- Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
- Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language

- Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others
