KEYLOGIC
Position: Network Field Technician
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary Range: $24.99 - 28.95 per hour
Clearance: Clearable to Q.
KeyLogic is seeking a Network Technician to support a major national laboratory. This Network Technician will support the Enterprise Data Center and High-Performance Computing Systems and Common Engineering Environments. Both organizations are responsible for managing the daily activities of critical IT services. To achieve this, you will need experience with cable installation, Cisco, and Juniper, as well as 8 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming IT Service Requests
- Resolve Network issues
- Coordinate with Network Advanced Field Operations Team as need to support activation of device ports.
Qualifications
- Experience Virtualization, Access Points
- WAN, LAN, Wireless (Aruba)
- Juniper
- Cisco
- Brocade
- Cable Installation, Information Technology
- TC IP
- Windows Server or Active Directory
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- AA with 5 years’ experience or 8 years’ job related experience.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge with ITSM
- ITIL Certified
- GPON
