Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description

We are looking for one qualified person to support the Neuroscience Research team at our large healthcare client based out of Seattle, WA.

Overview:

Independent conduct and oversight or administration of mission relevant research activities at Swedish Medical Center. Demonstrated success in obtaining funding to implement research project or study from industry or other sources. Primary responsibility for failure/success of each project or study. May be responsible for supervision of research conduct of staff supporting study required activities. Responsible for significant contribution to published work in peer reviewed journals.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Laboratory science, biological science, physics or a related field
• 5 years of progressively more responsible research experience in a working laboratory or clinical are
• Reputation as an emerging leader in field with sustained performance and accomplishments.
• As demonstrated through success in obtaining funding to implement research project, or study from industry or other sources.
• Sustained publication in peer reviewed journals.
• Other professional involvement/achievements or awards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
