The Wellsville Manor Care Center is looking for a Full Time Mid level to join our team. We are a 120 bed facility with 80 long -term residents and 40 sub-acute residents. Position is full time (Monday- Friday), with capability to tele-health.
Responsibilities include:
- Change in Condition Assessments and Orders
- Admission Assessments
- 30,60 or 90 day Assessments
- Discharge Assessments
- Labs and Tests
- Psychiatric Follow Through
- Escribe Scripts
- Part of QA team
- Minor clincal Bed-side treatments
