Homedica is seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to work with an exciting new Mobile Wound Care unit to assist patients in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas.
Homedica provides wound care to patients who have limited mobility. We seek to become an extension of the physician’s office and hospital in order to provide a continuum of care tailored to the patient’s individual needs.

Essential daily duties include:
- Provide care for patients referred for wound care services and regularly review wounds for progress
- Provide innovative biological wound care in the home and nursing home settings
- Interpret laboratory and test results
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana license required
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations
- Wound Care certified preferred, but training is provided
- Hospice and/or Home Health experience preferred
