**$5k Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance available with 3 year commitment**
Pay up to $50.00/hr DOE Salary - $104, 000/Year | Shift: Position is Monday thru Friday with hours 8: 00am to 5: 00pm.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
One (1) year of experience preferred.
Ability to project a professional image.
Previous Hospital experience preferred
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
C ERTIFICATES , L ICENSURES , R EGISTRATIONS
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Occupational Therapist in the state of employment. Current BLS certification required.
