We are currently looking for a full-time COMMERCIAL PLUMBING ADMINISTRATOR. Must be dependable, driven, detail-oriented and interested in working for a growing, yet well-established company.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Dispatch technicians to calls

• Provide outstanding Customer Service
• Work directly with the Operations Manager and Estimators
• Screen calls for the Estimators with a main emphasis on managing schedule
• Send out proposals received from Estimators
• Coordinate estimates needed to insure estimators are completing their assigned tasks
• Setup and oversee all contract jobs
• Order all materials/equipment for contract jobs from suppliers
• Enter contract job in Service Titan
• Answer incoming calls and create work orders

Required skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word primarily)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Works well in a team environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,040.00 per year
