Office Assistant
Job description
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the office manager, answering phones, greeting clients, quoting, and preparation for a Financial Services Agency. You will also help co-ordinate marketing and sales teams. You will be expected to obtain your Insurance licenses to be able to fulfill many of the duties. We will pay for your test to be able to get your license. We are a fast growing agency with many opportunities and a great work environment.
We are looking for someone detail and task oriented who can do a great job every time. You will need to have certain insurance licenses but we can help you get them and pay for the test when you pass.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
