Position Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing front desk duties including: communications with all callers and visitors. The Office Assistant provides accounting and office supplies support to the Tempe Office. The Office Assistant also provides various administrative and clerical support functions. This is a key support position requiring an understanding of all ACB business practices, policies and procedures.
Typical day as an Office Assistant
- Half your day will be spent at the front desk answering and distributing calls and greeting visitors.
- Due to the low call and visitor volume you be auditing rebate claims at the front desk.
- The balance of your time will be spent in the accounting area on accounting tasks, handling office supplies and other various clerical duties

- Enjoys working with numbers and basic accounting spreadsheets
- Coachable and a willingness to learn
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
