Office Assistant Job Duties:

  • Oversees Employees/HR
  • Order soft goods
  • Time card print & approval signatures & scan to payroll
  • Shop Maintenance
  • Client relations/Accounting
  • Filing
  • Scheduling testing
  • Scheduling Pickups
  • Documenting transaction details
  • Communicate financial issues to the management
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
  • Customer service
  • Interaction with clients
  • Be very flexible and willing to complete other related responsibilities that may come up on a day-to-day basis

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience working in Office or Cannabis Warehouse setting
  • Understanding accounting best practices
  • Exceptional organization, grammar, proofreading, and spelling abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Docs, and various other office applications
  • Average typing speed of 50 wpm or higher
  • Ability to work in deadline-driven environment
  • Database management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
