Labor Finders has internal staff position in the St Pete Office.
DESCRIPTION/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Office Assistant Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain customer files
- Completes required company documents
- Identifies temporary staffing needs and recruiting
- Ensures E-verify process is completed on every new hire
- Handles client inquiries, complaints and staffing needs
- Conducts telemarketing calls
- Payroll and Invoice Processing
- Conduct bank deposits and post office runs
- Issues company safety equipment and maintains safety logs
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Conduct criminal background checks and reference checks.
- Dispatch workers to job sites.
- Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
- Rotating weekends 6am to 9am
Works under the Assistant Branch Manager

Pay: $13.50 - $20.00 per hour
