Our Warren, PA, office is hiring an Office Manager for 29 hours per week between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain Confidentiality of information
  • Greet those who enter the office
  • Answer phones, take messages, respond to emails
  • Filing, assemble handbooks/manuals
  • Aid our caregivers
  • Working with hiring team, interview potential caregivers, complete orientations, help with trainings
  • Organize/complete employee files
  • Upload documents
  • Help with social media and special events
  • Assist Business Development Coordinator

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Reliable, great attendance, able to work independently, work with a team, and wide range of people
  • Have great customer service skills, office experience, organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams, Social Media Platforms, and willing to learn additional programs and software
  • Valid Driver’s License/Reliable Vehicle
  • Have a knowledge of Warren County and surrounding areas
