Job Description:

To run operations teams, onsite & offshore, across domains of L1/L2/Incident Management.

Should have regularly interfaced to internal and external C-level executives

Main Deliverables

· Co-ordinate with customer teams to run effective operations

· Organize and Lead regular governance structure, both internal and external

· Responsible for operational headcount planning and budget control by defining high level KPIs.

· Support and identify the multi-level strategy, vision, mission, targets and KPIs to keep targets under control

· Build and maintain high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching the team

· Coordinate work on task analysis & project management of the request coming from task owners, both Internal and Customer end

· Analyze and estimate performance effectiveness of employees.

· Organizes work on personnel evaluation and participates in development of measures based on client feedback, periodic reviews, regular personnel appraisal results, training & development plans.

· Replicate best practices from across other TechM operations and continuous running of operations

· Ensure adherence to running of operations as per standard frameworks such as ITIL by setting up of required Standard operating procedures

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
