RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to individuals interested in rent-to-own homes with poor credit, persuasively communicating the benefits of credit repair services and the rent-to-own program.

· Identify and qualify prospects for credit repair services, and seamlessly transfer them to a credit repair consultant for further assistance.

· Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with prospects and continuously improve outreach strategies and tactics based on results and feedback.

· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to align strategies and optimize results.

· Meet or exceed assigned quotas for generating and qualifying leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior experience in outbound sales or lead generation, including cold calling and email outreach.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools, such as email marketing platforms and social media outreach tools.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and engage prospects over the phone and through email.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.

· Results-oriented mindset and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet or exceed quotas.

· Familiarity with credit repair services and the rent-to-own process, including regulations and compliance requirements a plus.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:

· Embrace knowledge and use it to make informed decisions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

· Have a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong understanding of best practices and proven processes in the industry.

· Have a strong work ethic, committed to delivering quality work on time, every time, and be willing to put in the effort required to meet or exceed quotas and achieve success in the role.

· Be able to think creatively and find new solutions to challenges that arise, using knowledge and experience to overcome obstacles and drive results.

· Be results-oriented, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a willingness to adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

THE MONEY:

· $15.00 per hour

· A team player that helps us achieve our goals will also receive commissions or incentives.

· Full time (Monday -Friday)
