Overview of Duties:

We are looking for a sales person excited about growth and opportunity. You’ll be selling digital marketing services in the booming self storage industry in a way that creates long term growth and customer retention. You’ll leverage customer referrals, targets lists, and lead generation experience to engaged potential customers, driving the full sales cycle to closed business using modern sales techniques. We focus on solution sales through identification of customer pain points with alignment to our unique solutions that deliver consistent outcomes and ROI.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, engage in discovery, develop opportunities and win new business.
  • The self-storage industry has a strong culture of relationships, building trust through knowledge and expertise, while helping customers solve business problems. The qualified candidate will have a passion for learning through curiosity and high engagement.
  • Successful sales representatives in our business are able to become multi-threaded in their opportunities, build trust, and deliver right-sized solutions that enable our customers to achieve their desired level of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of our solutions will be trained to enable company representatives to solve pains and conduct demos to win with our prospective clients
  • Trade shows in the self-storage industry are great opportunities to generate leads, progress opportunities, re-unite with customers, and gain referrals from other industry partners. Travel to tradeshows is expected. Approximately 7-10 tradeshows per year.
  • Suggest applicable and relevant solutions to help customers invest a complete solution.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the industry to drive larger opportunities
  • Meet weekly activity targets and monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Required Education & Experience:

● Internet Savvy

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Office Suite

Preferred Education & Experience:

● 3 years’ sales experience a plus.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
