Part Time Assistant Office Administrator

Looking for a flexible part-time role with a dynamic company? Look no further than Stanek Lemon! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator/Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting with the preparation, revision, and forwarding/uploading of invoices; receiving, approving, and uploading vendor invoices; and supporting our Human Resources, Benefits, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook – and a minimum of one year of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online. LEDES billing experience as plus.
