Overview:
Seeking to add a virtual bookkeeper with trust accounting knowledge and proficient in account mapping related to property management services.
This is a work from home opportunity where they can still make a tremendous impact on our property management company located in Idyllic Resort town of McCall Idaho. What We Do:
DoneRight Management LLC is a full-service property care and management solution for homeowners, commercial office space owners and HOA’s engaged in booking properties, maintenance, which is the full spectrum of activities. The backbone of our company operates on the enterprise level software solution Streamline Property Management Software.
Currently our DoneRight manages 90 Long Term Rental units and 85 Short Vacation Term Rental Homes in McCall, Donnelly, and Cascade Idaho.
What you’ll do:
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- QuickBooks Mapping Accounts
- Daily transactions entered and accounts reconciled
- QuickBooks proficient. Stay current on the latest cloud-based accounting technology!
- Support client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with defined process.
- Execute, as applicable, processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, accounting entries, closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis. May also include payroll, HR administration and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with your manager and other Associates on your team to ensure all transactions are properly categorized and entered correctly in QuickBooks
- Manage day-to-day transactions, while performing within established processes and budget parameters, providing financial reports
- Identify and recommend to your manager areas where financial Supporting Strategies may be able to provide additional services or tools to drive additional client value and efficiency.
- Embrace coaching and feedback provided by your manager and implement changes as needed to help meet company goals.
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- 5+ years of transactional accounting work in a professional environment required.
- Intimately understand Trust Accounting for property management organizations.
- Experience working with small to mid-sized business, highly preferred.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software in a professional organization.
- Capacity and commitment to work 8-12 hours a week during traditional daytime business hours.
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter with problem solving predilection
- Willingness to follow established policies and procedures consistently and accurately.
- A passion for and sense of personal satisfaction in delighting clients and helping small businesses succeed.
- Ability to develop strong remote team and client relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices.
- Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
