As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative, you are on the front lines of customer satisfaction and loyalty, answering in-bound conference calls and assisting business leaders with the execution of their on-line meeting requirements. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience
Excellent data entry skills
Strong typing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and other web applications
Professional and friendly phone manner
Clear speaking voice
Strong communication skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
