A boutique privately held financial services firm in Richmond is hiring a new Part Time Contracts Administrator. This position will assist and manage all aspects of the company business contracts, proposal preparation and submission as well as procurement of services in conjunction with the business development efforts of the company.

Daily duties will include research, evaluation of prospects, assess risk vs reward. Manage maintenance and contract renewals.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal communication skills; excellent writing skills; collaborative and team centric capabilities and a desire to become a part of a growing successful company who is offering services to a specialty niche industry. Confidentiality and non-disclosure a must.

Candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Liberal Arts, Marketing or related field
  • 3-4 years experience in a contract admin role with 2-3 years in proposal writing
  • Finance, banking, legal or similar industry experience a plus
  • CRM system experience required; Apptivo preferred
  • Must be reliable and dependable. Time Management aware!

20-28 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday. Schedule is flexible.
