Job description
We are seeking a professional, courteous individual to fill the position of Door Attendant/Porter at a residential coop building. As Doorman, you will open doors and greet residents and guests, accept mail and packages, enforce building rules and regulations, maintain the safety and security of the lobby/building, As Porter, you will provide maintenance for the building, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and buffing floors, collection and removal of trash, maintain and clean lobby, laundry room, bathrooms and gym, shoveling snow when needed and keeping sidewalk clean and free of debris. The ideal candidate should be able to provide first-rate customer service with the goal of exceeding all resident expectations!

Pay: $20.35 per hour
