Part-Time HR Specialist - Job Descriptions
Ensures job descriptions are current and legally compliant. Performs job analysis and documentation, including writing job descriptions and understanding the underpinning knowledge for job evaluation. Researches and utilizes sources of job information. Develops and implements job analysis and job documentation forms and procedures. Trains and communicates job analysis and job documentation procedures to supervisors and employees. Determines, implements, and maintains job description formats. Utilizes job description software program for writing, tracking, sharing, and maintaining job descriptions. Learns and implements best practices for job analysis and job descriptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years' full-time experience performing job analysis and job documentation.
- Skill and experience working with document sharing software or job description software is a plus.
