The Program Manager is responsible for managing the rehab department and supervising team members including physical, occupational and speech therapy staff. This is a key management role, ensuring that the company's mission to provide the highest quality care, is being accomplished. While overseeing financial and staffing matters of the department, the Program Manager serves as a liaison between Functional Pathways corporate, rehab team members and facility leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate or BA degree preferred.

At least one year healthcare experience preferred.

Must possess comprehensive leadership skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

Active CPR certification.

Annual TB skin test required.
