We are currently looking for a Part Time Recruiter/HR Assistant (15-25 hours per week) to join our busy HR department in Souderton, PA.

The ideal candidate should be reliable with a good work ethic, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn. Prior exposure to recruiting and/or human resources’ duties and responsibilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources Department with employment procedures such as recruitment, employment verifications, background checks, reference checks and new employee onboarding
• Source candidates from job boards, resume databases, professional networks, industry events, plus local and trade schools.
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory regulations concerning Human Resources related employment areas
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System.
• Help to complete projects related to compliance, auditing records, and maintaining employee files.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business related field preferred
• Prior Recruiting experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic Onboarding and Human Resources principles, methods and practices
• Reliable, organized and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and obtain cooperation from others to see projects through to completion
• Effective oral and written communication skill and ability to make good judgement calls regarding what to communicate, how much, to whom and when
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
