Position Summary:

The Senior Benefits and Wellness Analyst will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the implementation and administration of all company benefit programs including but not limited to welfare benefit plans, retirement, and safety and wellness. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert for LHHP leading the day-to-day education, interpretation and administration of LHHP’s benefits and sponsored programs regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements. This individual will bring a proactive, continuous improvement approach to this role and provide employee centric service.

• Manage administration of all benefit programs.
• Provide support to VP regarding development and implementation of benefit strategy.
• Manage open enrollment process including renewals, communication, HRIS set-up.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships and invoice process.
• Keep HR Staff up to date on benefit offerings.
• Maintain HR Metrics of benefit offerings.
• Stay current with benefit trends including the design and best practices.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Human Resources certification preferred: CEBS, PHR or SHRM-CP
• Three (3) to five (5) years of human resources experience in benefits program administration and compliance with functional implementation and management of HRIS. ADP experience preferred
• Knowledgeable regarding health and welfare benefits and standard healthcare regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, EEOC, FLSA, etc.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn new software applications.
• Strong organizational ability with excellent judgement and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretio
