Tom Wood Powersports, located off of 96th and Keystone, is currently searching for a Parts Associate to work with today’s hottest Powersports Products, Side x Sides, ATV’s and Motorcycles.

Tom Wood Powersports offers today’s top brands, a fully stocked parts department, and a state-of-the-art service department. We are open 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday). Sundays and Mondays off allow us the time to do what we all love…RIDE!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and determine needs
• Advise customers of order status at all times
• Maintain parts counter library
• Perform all other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with vehicles or heavy equipment desired
• Familiar with parts terminology
• Previous Powersports/automotive/heavy equipment background a plus
• Automotive, parts, and/or equipment knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems desired

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to prioritize workday to meet customers’ needs
• Possess excellent organization skills
• Ability to help other areas and be a team player to contribute to the overall goal
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Ability to establish credibility quickly.
• Must be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization's goals and priorities.
