RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with Technicians, Service Advisors, and Customers regularly to effectively manage production.
  • Accurately documenting parts necessary to complete repairs.
  • Navigating computer-based programs for daily operations.
  • Stocking, placing, and fulfilling daily stock orders.
  • Maintaining the most current knowledge of current factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be detail-oriented and have basic automotive knowledge.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, legible handwriting.
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
