Job Title
Leadership Position - Patient Care Manager (Director of Nursing)
Current RN License in the State of Georgia Required
The most interesting and exciting things you get to do in this position is: serving patients and families with an interdisciplinary approach, serve your community, build rapport with other healthcare providers, educate, help your team work through dynamic situations and serve people at one of the most critical and sacred moments in life. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who will be responsible for implementation, delivery, coordination, organization, and supervision of the hospice team.
