Key Responsibilities
- Review new and renewal policies – maintain and update policy records
- Work with CSRs and Producers to ensure accurate coverages for our clients
- Review endorsements
- Track and file company documents
Required Skills and Expertise
- Applied Systems Epic experience preferred
- Ability to complete ACORD applications and carrier supplemental applications correctly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
