Job description

• Processing prescriptions electronically and filling the prescription while ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• Maintaining records by recording and filing the prescriptions and orders of physicians
• Answering phone calls
• Assisting customers
• Sorting, stocking and labeling medications and monitoring inventory
• Responding to the requests of patients and healthcare providers, answering their questions and referring various inquiries to the Pharmacist
• Complying with rules, regulations and procedures to help maintain a clean and safe pharmacy
• Shifts rotate and include Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, 9:30-5:30pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm and every 4th Saturday from 9am-5pm (40 hours a week)
• Must be able to report to the physical location of the pharmacy
• Must be dependable, reliable, have attention to detail, be able to multi-task
• Pay commensurate with experience
• Serious inquiries only - minimum 2 year commitment if we pay for your pharmacy technician training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
