Position Details:
Physical Therapist will assist and monitor progress of a patient with injuries and chronic health conditions based on the individualized treatment plan using physical modalities and exercise to improve the quality of life of patients. Our spacious Physical Therapy center has access to all the equipment needed to get community members back to their daily living baseline. The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing up-to-date, timely, and comprehensive physical therapy plans of cares to assist the patient in regaining their range of motion while managing pain and improving strength and endurance safely.
Qualifications
- Possess an associates or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy assistant from a nationally accredited school with board approved curriculum.
- Licensed to practice as physical therapist in the state of Idaho.
- Two years (2) of appropriate experienced as a physical therapist in transitional care unit/ skilled nursing facility or clinical experience preferred.
- Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR/ First Aid Certification.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order.
