Job description
AuNOVA Home Care seeking a part-time prn physical therapist. This is a Skilled Home Care and work requires visits to patient homes.
Must be licensed in Indiana, with a graduate degree or greater, and at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Paid per visit preferred, plus mileage and a mileage-bonus, optional 401k after waiting period.

Job consists mostly of evaluating patients, supervision of the following PTA's, and then reassessing the patient for discharge.
