Essential Functions
Schedule: primarily for weekday coverage, our clinic is open til 6pm.
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Provides educational information to patients in regard to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
Reports to: Director of Rehabilitation Services
Minimum Education
Graduate of a Program in Discipline: Required
Bachelor’s degree: Required
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
Licenses
Physical Therapy, KY; or a temporary Physical Therapist permit from KY will be accepted for a period of 30 days - employee shall practice under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of KY.
