Responsibilities

• Create great experiences by treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
• Perform functions within the guest management, player rewards, and other custom computer systems to check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, update player rewards information, issue player cards, and more.
• Explain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to customers and teams.
• Adhere to the marketing plan set by marketing leaders.
• Implement promotions and giveaways as directed and provide associates with the necessary information.
• Help with the execution of promotions as needed.
• Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records.
• Maintain logs and maintain an efficient stock of materials necessary for the Guest Service and Player Rewards department.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner. Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and organize assignments.
• Conduct associate counseling and coaching sessions.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working on weekends, Holidays, and shifts flexibility will be required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand 100% of the time.
• Exposure to high-volume noise.
